Order any “In Stock” part before 12 pm Pacific Standard Time (3PM Eastern Time) and we'll ship it out on the same day. Our shipping business days are from Monday through Friday. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will ship on the following business day.
You will receive two email from us: order confirmation and shipping confirmation as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours from shipment date for the order tracking information to appear in our Shippers system. You may also track your order by logging in to your account on our site at http://www.exactappplianceparts.net
FedEx has partnered with the U.S. Postal Service to deliver packages. We usually ship US Postal Service to keep costs down or FedEx if the orders are bulky. Be absolutely sure your correct address is on file when processing your order. Also, please provide us a PO Box if a PO Box is associated with your mailing address.
Shipping price includes shipping and handling. Prices stated above are for shipping within Continental U.S. only. Contact us by email whether we can ship outside of the United States.
Unforeseen & Unavoidable Delay Circumstances
We cannot predict unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather delays or other things that we have no control/jurisdiction over the situation. These delays may prevent your order from arriving on time. In these cases we will work with you and the shipping carrier to be sure you get your package as soon as possible.
